At Lanier Law Firm, we want our clients to be able to enjoy the benefits of the latest technologies available for real estate closings. Depending on the lender you choose, you may be able to participate in e-sign, which allows you to electronically sign the majority of your loan documents at closing.

And while most closings occur in our office, we also offer remote location closings for our out of town clients where we prepare and deliver your closing documents to your home or office and then schedule a meeting, either by telephone or face-to-face via the internet to walk you through each document and answer any questions that you may have.

One of our most popular practices is that each client leaves our office with an electronic copy of each closing document, cutting down on how much paper you have to keep up with after your closing.
